Beverly Hills

Iconic in Los Angeles County lore, the city of Beverly Hills has been the backdrop of numerous books, movies, and TV shows. Flanked by Los Angeles and West Hollywood, Beverly Hills is part of the Platinum Triangle and is best known as the playground of both A-list celebrities and other high-profile celebrities. Real estate-wise, the Beverly Hills market offers a wide variety of stunning estates, modern condominiums, and upscale apartments sought-after by real estate investors from all around the world.

Beverly Hills was once a former Spanish ranch until a group of investors came to find oil from its earth. Instead, they found water, and the area was officially incorporated into a city in 1914. North of the city is the famed rugged landscape of the Santa Monica Mountains and on its west are Century City and Westwood Village. Although Beverly Hills is very much its own city, it has been an integral part of Los Angeles culture and identity.

Beverly Hills always seems larger-than-life, but one of its charms include its lush Southern California greenery, teeming with life. Amid all the designer labels and cars, there will always be pockets of tranquil nature in Beverly Hills.
